SSR Mining is actively hiring for a range of rotational camp positions at the Seabee Gold Mine, located approximately 500 kilometers northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This remote underground gold mining operation offers a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off fly-in/fly-out schedule, with camp accommodations and flights provided from Saskatoon, Prince Albert, or La Ronge. Opportunities span camp services, underground operations, trades, and mill support, with all roles offering 12-hour shifts and comprehensive employment packages.
Open positions include:
- Casual Housekeeper
Maintain cleanliness in living quarters, dining areas, and operational facilities. Requires physical fitness and attention to hygiene standards. - Journeyperson Mechanic – Automotive
Maintain and repair light-duty vehicles across surface and underground. Red Seal certification and 5+ years of experience required. - Construction Miner
Perform underground infrastructure work, including shotcreting, pump systems, and ventilation installation. - Underground Truck Operator
Operate underground haul trucks and scoops to transport ore and waste safely. Minimum 2 years of experience required. - Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
Maintain and troubleshoot milling equipment and mechanical systems. Millwright certification and mill experience required. - Underground Bolter
Install rock support using mechanized and conventional bolting equipment. Requires underground experience with jackleg/stoper or Boltec systems. - Mill Operations Labourer
Assist mill operators and maintenance crews with cleaning, material handling, and basic mechanical duties. - Gold Refiner
Operate gold recovery circuits including electrowinning and leaching to produce dore bars. Secure handling and process knowledge required. - Temporary Service Technician
Lubricate, fuel, and perform minor service on underground mining equipment. Strong mechanical awareness and underground experience preferred. - Heavy Duty Mechanic
Repair and service heavy mobile equipment for surface and underground. Red Seal certification required.
