SSR Mining Inc. is a precious metals producer focused on gold and silver mining across the Americas, incorporated in British Columbia and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, and Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker SSRM (SSR on the ASX). The company operates a portfolio of producing mines in the United States, Canada, and Argentina, including the Marigold mine and the Cripple Creek & Victor (CC&V) gold mine in the United States, the Seabee Gold Operation in Saskatchewan, Canada, and the Puna silver operation in Argentina. In recent years SSR Mining has refocused its portfolio on lower-risk, Americas-based gold and silver production, adding the Cripple Creek & Victor mine in 2025 and divesting its Çöpler mine in Türkiye in 2026. The company also advances a number of brownfield growth and exploration projects near its existing operations, including Porky at Seabee.
