Service Technician - Seabee Gold Mine - 2 Weeks On, 2 Weeks Off - Flights and Camp
SSR Mining Inc. is hiring a Temporary Technician, Service to join its Seabee Gold Operation in northern Saskatchewan, approximately 500km northeast of Saskatoon. This camp-based role operates on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation and includes fly-in fly-out transportation with pickup points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and La Ronge. The position focuses on servicing underground mine equipment through lubrication, fueling, minor repairs, and vehicle maintenance in accordance with scheduled requirements.

Responsibilities
The Temporary Technician, Service will support maintenance operations by servicing and maintaining underground equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Lubricate and fuel underground mine equipment according to schedule
- Perform minor repairs to lubrication systems
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions
- Steam clean equipment and change filters, fluids, and grease as needed
- Perform safety checks and tighten loose components
- Maintain and service own maintenance vehicle
- Work designated areas and assist operators as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
Candidates should be mechanically inclined with the ability to work in a demanding underground environment. Requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in OTR (Off-The-Road) servicing
- Previous work as a Service Technician
- Underground mining experience (asset)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined positions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
