Mill Labourer - Seabee Gold Mine - 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off - FIFO
SSR Mining is hiring a Labourer, Mill Operations at the Seabee Gold Operation, a fly-in/fly-out gold mining site located approximately 500 kilometers northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is a camp-based role on a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off rotation, with 12-hour workdays. Flights are arranged from Saskatoon, Prince Albert, or La Ronge. The position assists mill operators and maintenance personnel with operating tasks, cleanliness, and minor equipment maintenance to support ongoing mill production operations.

Responsibilities
The Labourer supports mill operations by assisting with plant maintenance, cleanliness, and operating tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the mill
- Assist mill operators and maintenance crew with daily tasks
- Perform minor maintenance on crusher circuits and conveyors
- Operate crushing circuit when needed
- Cover shifts during staff absences
- Report maintenance concerns to Mill Lead Hand
- Use power and pneumatic tools safely and effectively
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1-3 years of mining industry experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and physical strength to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments
- Strong awareness around moving equipment and potential hazards
- Good verbal communication skills and a proactive safety mindset
