The Alaska Highway which runs through British Columbia and Yukon to Fairbanks, Alaska needs maintenance.

The Alaska Highway begins in Dawson Creek, BC. The highway travels in a northwesterly direction to the Yukon border near Watson Lake. From there it continues as Yukon Highway 1 to Port Alcan on the Alaska border. The Alaska Highway crosses into Alaska and becomes Alaska Route 2. From this international border, it goes to Delta Junction, AK, the official end of the Alaska Highway. Another 298 miles to its unofficial end is Fairbanks, AK. The Alaska Highway is total 1387 miles long.

It is known for its length and brutal winterish conditions and featured on tv reality series around the world.

The White Bear Industries has been awarded the contract for the maintenance of the Alaska Highway from 133 km to 968 km for the next 5 years. They are looking for equipment operators, labourers, drivers, mechanics, and more.

All job positions require you to work and live in maintenance style camp with accommodations provided. Fly in and fly out transportation is also available for many of these positions. Work rotations depend of the work to be completed and the position. Short to long work rotations available.

Your pay is based on your prior experience. Benefits include bonus and overtime pay. Other benefits include dental care, extended health care, and vision care.
