Voisey's Bay Mine - Equipment Operators & Trades - Labrador FIFO Camp Work
Vale Base Metals is actively recruiting for two key positions at the Voisey’s Bay Mine site in northern Labrador. Operating on a fly-in/fly-out basis with a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, the site offers full camp accommodations, meals, and flights within Newfoundland and Labrador. Opportunities are available for experienced trades and underground mining professionals in a safety-first, team-oriented environment.
Open positions include:
- Truck & Transport Mechanic
Maintain and repair diesel and gasoline-powered vehicle fleets used across site operations. Red Seal certification and mining or heavy construction experience required. - Underground Mine Operator
Perform a range of underground tasks including shotcreting, ventilation, remote scoop operation, and jumbo drilling. Requires at least 8 years of experience with mechanized equipment in underground mining.
