FLINT Corp., a leading Canadian provider of industrial services in the energy sector, is actively recruiting for multiple full-time permanent positions at its Fort McMurray oil sands sites. These safety-sensitive roles support tailings, mining, equipment maintenance, and site services operations. All positions offer structured rotations, fly-in fly-out travel from Calgary or Edmonton, camp accommodations, and benefits eligibility after 300 hours worked.

  1. Heavy Equipment Operator (Dozer/Excavator): Operates dozers (D8+) and excavators (250+) to perform grading and excavation in tailings operations. Requires 2000+ hours dozer and 6000+ hours excavator experience.
  2. Pump Operator: Operates electric and diesel pumps supporting tailings cell construction and maintenance. Requires 1+ year pump operation experience and tailings background.
  3. Fuel & Lube Technician: Operates combo truck to fuel and lubricate heavy equipment at mod and pump stations. Requires prior fuel & lube experience and familiarity with mine sites.
  4. Dredge Operator: Operates electric and diesel dredges in tailings ponds. Requires 2000+ hours of dredge operation experience in mining or tailings environments.
  5. Haul Truck Operator: Operates haul and articulating trucks with minimum 2000+ hours in open pit mining. Includes training on new equipment.
  6. Multi-Skilled Operator (Dozer, Grader, Excavator, Haul Truck): Operates a variety of heavy equipment across mining operations. Requires extensive open pit mining hours: 6000+ excavator, 2000+ haul truck, 2000+ dozer experience.
