Responsibilities

The Multi-Skilled Operator will safely operate various heavy equipment to support mining operations.

  • Operate 250+ excavators, 785+ haul trucks, D8+ dozers, graders, and push down equipment.
  • Perform groundwork and site maintenance activities.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Train on new equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 6000 hours operating 250+ excavators.
  • Minimum 2000 hours operating either 785+ haul trucks or D8+ dozers.
  • At least 2000 hours of open pit mining experience.
  • Mandatory safety tickets: CSO or BSO.
  • Physically capable of demanding tasks in various conditions.
  • Clean 3-year driver's abstract with under 9 demerits.
  • Proficient English communication skills.
  • Willingness to train on new equipment.
