Responsibilities
The Multi-Skilled Operator will safely operate various heavy equipment to support mining operations.
- Operate 250+ excavators, 785+ haul trucks, D8+ dozers, graders, and push down equipment.
- Perform groundwork and site maintenance activities.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Train on new equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 6000 hours operating 250+ excavators.
- Minimum 2000 hours operating either 785+ haul trucks or D8+ dozers.
- At least 2000 hours of open pit mining experience.
- Mandatory safety tickets: CSO or BSO.
- Physically capable of demanding tasks in various conditions.
- Clean 3-year driver's abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Willingness to train on new equipment.
