Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd., a leading Canadian heavy civil contractor, is actively recruiting for multiple full-time positions to support oil sands construction and maintenance operations across Alberta. All roles offer rotational work schedules, camp accommodations, comprehensive benefits, and year-round employment opportunities. These positions support major civil earthworks, equipment operations, logistics, and safety functions in remote project environments.

  1. Grader Operator: Operates 14M or 24H graders for road building, lease construction, reclamation, and finishing work. Requires 3+ years of grader experience and valid safety certifications.
  2. Class 1 Winch Driver ($30–$45/hr): Transports heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and graders using tandem axle winch trucks with multi-axle trailers. Requires Class 1 license and oilfield hauling experience.
  3. Rock Truck Operator: Operates 40-ton rock trucks for material hauling and site maintenance. Requires 3+ years of rock truck experience in civil or mining sectors.
  4. Dozer Operator: Operates D6T, D8, D9, or D10 dozers for pad building, grading, slope cutting, and reclamation. Requires 3+ years of dozer experience and technical grade reading ability.
  5. Excavator Operator: Operates 65-ton and larger excavators for earthmoving, pad building, and site grading. Requires 3+ years of experience and finishing skills.
  6. Rigid Frame Haul Truck Operator: Operates 200-ton haul trucks (CAT 785, 789, 793, 795, 797) to transport materials on large-scale projects. Requires 3+ years of recent haul truck operation experience.
  7. Parts Coordinator: Manages inventory, shipping/receiving, and parts logistics for equipment operations. Requires at least 1 year of inventory or logistics experience and strong computer skills.
  8. Health and Safety Advisor: Leads site safety orientations, inspections, incident investigations, and proactive safety culture initiatives. Requires 5+ years of safety advisory experience and valid NCSO/OH&S certification.

Work Rotation

Rotational schedule with 12-hour shifts, including weekends, days, or nights
