This full-time role offers rotational shifts and camp accommodations in remote locations across Alberta. Responsibilities
As a Rigid Frame Haul Truck Operator, you will support large-scale material transport across work sites while maintaining equipment and safety standards.
- Operate 785, 789, 793, 795, or 797 haul trucks on heavy civil or mining projects.
- Transport materials to designated onsite locations.
- Conduct thorough daily inspections of truck systems and components.
- Follow project specifications and adhere to quality and safety guidelines.
- Comply with Morgan's Safe Work Procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and take initiative when needed.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience operating rigid frame haul trucks (200-ton class).
- Experience in heavy civil, mining, or oilfield maintenance sectors.
- Strong knowledge of safe hauling practices and heavy equipment operation.
- Required (or ability to obtain): CSTS-09, OSSA/BSO/CSO, H2S Alive, First Aid, Bear Awareness.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must provide CSA-approved 6" lace-up steel-toe boots.
- Pass pre-employment alcohol, drug, and fit-to-work assessments.
