Following mining jobs at the Seabee Gold Mine Operations in Saskatchewan are available from SSR Mining.

Truck Operators

Reporting to the Supervisor, Mine Operations, Truck Operators play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient transportation of ore and waste rock. They also contribute to various production and development tasks.

• Operation of 30- and 40-ton trucks
• Minimum two years' experience in a hard rock underground mining operation
• Preference given to individuals with mine haulage truck experience
• Previous mine rescue training considered an asset

Scoop Operators

Reporting to the Supervisor, Mine Operations, Scoop Operators are responsible for transporting ore and waste rock efficiently. They also carry out a range of tasks related to production and development.

• Operation of 2, 4, 6, 8-yard scoops
• Minimum two years' experience in a hard rock underground mining operation
• Experience with manual and remote scoop tram operation considered an asset
• Previous mine rescue training considered an asset

Temporary Operator III

Reporting to the Supervisor, Site Services, temporary Equipment Operators are responsible for operating and inspecting surface equipment and machinery to support mining operations.

• Operation of wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, vac trucks, 40-ton haul trucks, and site buses
• Minimum two years' mining experience
• Minimum two years' proven experience in heavy equipment operation
• Valid driver's license (Bus Driver endorsement would be considered an asset)

General Qualifications

1. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
