SSR Mining Inc., a leading intermediate gold company, is actively recruiting for multiple roles at its Seabee Gold Operation located approximately 500km northeast of Saskatoon in Saskatchewan, Canada. This remote gold-producing site offers fly-in fly-out travel with designated pick-up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and La Ronge, and includes full camp accommodations. Available positions span mining operations, equipment operation, labour support, and blasting work, all contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable gold production.

  1. Blaster – Loads explosives, prepares blast faces, connects detonating systems, and completes pre-op inspections while upholding strict safety procedures.
  2. Bolter – Installs underground ground support (jackleg/stoper/mechanized bolters), cable bolts, ventilation, and services in accordance with mine standards.
  3. Miner – Builds and maintains underground infrastructure (pumps, bulkheads, ventilation, shotcrete, piping) to support safe production.
  4. Labourer – Performs site services (waste handling, freight unloading, pump checks, tailings/reclaim line upkeep) and general maintenance.
  5. Industrial Mechanic – Installs, aligns, maintains, and overhauls milling/mechanical systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, and related processing equipment.
  6. Electrician – Maintains/repairs electrical systems (including high voltage), programs/troubleshoots equipment, and executes preventive maintenance.
  7. Heavy Duty Mechanic – Services and overhauls underground/surface mining equipment; diagnoses faults and ensures safe, reliable performance.
  8. Truck Operator – Operates mine haul trucks and scoops (manual/remote) to move ore and waste, following underground protocols and emergency procedures.

Work Rotation

2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (various shifts: 11-hour or 12-hour days with possible overtime)
