ATCO Frontec is currently hiring for multiple camp-based remote job positions at its Resolute Bay Arctic Operations site in Nunavut. Full camp accommodations, covered travel, and competitive Arctic wages. The site supports infrastructure, construction, facility maintenance, and hospitality for both public and private Arctic programs. Schedules are structured with long 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotations.

Open positions include:

  1. Heavy Duty Mechanics – Red Seal
    Repairs, overhauls, maintains, and services diesel powered vehicles, heavy trucks, heavy construction equipment, graders, dump trucks, and excavators
  2. Heavy Equipment Operators
    Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dump trucks, backhoes, bulldozers, loaders and graders to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock, and gravel
  3. Housekeepers
    Provide general housekeeping, linen cleaning, overall facility cleanliness.
  4. Front Desk Attendants
    Manage front desk operations including making new reservations, checking guests in and out, and customer service and guest support
  5. Plumber & Oil Burner Mechanics
    Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including potable water, sewage, and heating systems
  6. Electricians
    preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, modifications, and installation/dismantling of electrical systems
