Matrix Camps and Logistics is actively recruiting for multiple remote fly-in fly-out positions at mining camps and construction projects in Nunavut, supporting 2025 operations near Bathurst Inlet and across Canada’s Arctic regions. These full-time rotational roles offer high daily pay, full camp accommodations, charter travel, and structured schedules for stability in remote northern settings.

  1. Red Seal Electrician ($500–$550/day): Performs inspections, maintenance, repairs, and electrical controls management across remote camp infrastructure. Requires Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification and 3+ years experience in construction or camps.
  2. Crusher Operator ($600–$700/day): Operates Terex crusher and heavy equipment to process rock and gravel for remote mining infrastructure. Requires 5+ years of crusher experience in mining or civil environments.
  3. Warehouse Worker ($400–$450/day): Manages inventory, shipping/receiving, warehouse organization, and logistics operations for camp supply support. Requires prior warehouse experience and remote camp exposure.
  4. Red Seal Pipefitter ($700/day): Installs, maintains, and repairs industrial process piping for SAG Mill and infrastructure projects. Requires Red Seal certification and strong industrial piping experience.
  5. Construction Labourer ($350/day): Supports site construction and physical labour duties on a 3-month project, 4/2 rotation. Requires strong physical stamina and Level 1 First Aid.
  6. Camp Maintenance Manager ($400–$475/day): Oversees facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and maintenance team supervision for remote camps. Requires technical and leadership skills with maintenance experience.
  7. Camp Manager ($400–$475/day): Leads full camp operations including facilities, staff, guest services, and safety management across remote sites. Requires 2-3 years camp management experience and multiple safety certifications.
