Warehouse Worker - Remote Camps Nunavut - FIFO - 3/3 Rotations
MATRIX Aviation Management is seeking organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to support inventory and logistics operations at remote mine camps in Nunavut. This seasonal, fly-in/fly-out position operates on a 3 week on, 3 week off schedule and pays $400-$450 per day based on experience. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, organizing inventory, packaging materials for site delivery, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness. Travel to the charter hub (Edmonton, AB or Yellowknife, NWT) is required. Prior warehouse experience and remote camp exposure are strong assets.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Workers will manage inventory, organize materials, and support shipping/receiving operations at remote camp worksites.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
- Maintain inventory organization and proper storage
- Package and distribute supplies to job sites
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain records
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with logistics teams
- Participate in safety training and comply with site protocols
Requirements
Candidates must have prior warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and be capable of working independently in remote camp conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience required
- Remote camp experience strongly preferred
- Forklift operation skills (certification a plus)
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexible availability, including potential overtime
