Available Positions at Kobes Creek Lodge:
- Sous Chef – $29.50/hr
Oversees all aspects of camp kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, team supervision, and compliance with HACCP and FOODSAFE standards. - Baker – $24.50/hr
Produces breads, pastries, desserts, and baked goods from scratch, maintaining quality and consistency for large-scale camp dining. - Breakfast Cook – $24.50/hr
Prepares high-volume breakfast service for guests, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency within a structured menu rotation. - Second Cook – $23.25/hr
Supports kitchen operations, assists with meal preparation, maintains salad bars, and ensures cleanliness and food safety compliance. - Housekeeper – $22.50/hr
Maintains guest rooms and common areas to high cleanliness standards, ensuring comfort and hygiene across the lodge. - General Labourer (Snow Removal) – $25.00/hr
Performs outdoor maintenance and snow clearing duties, ensuring camp safety and cleanliness through physical, hands-on work in varying conditions.
