- HEO, Technician (Heavy Equipment Operator) ($44.12 - $50.14/hour): Operate various pieces of large equipment (loaders, excavator, grader, hook truck, dump truck etc.), including inspecting, providing preventative maintenance checks, and occasionally repairing equipment when required.
- Mill Operations Technician ($36.10/hour): Operate, monitor, and maintain mill circuits including Grinding, Crushing, Flotation, and Reagent Mixing while adhering to safety and production standards.

In February 2024, Centerra Gold announced an agreement with Royal Gold to extend the mine's life to 2035, with plans to further increase its longevity through ongoing exploration and development.
