Centerra Gold Inc. is a Canadian-based gold and copper mining company, publicly traded on the Toronto and New York stock exchanges under the tickers CG and CGAU and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company is focused on operating, developing, exploring, and acquiring gold and copper properties in North America, Türkiye, and other markets, and currently operates two producing mines: the Mount Milligan gold-copper mine in British Columbia, Canada, and the Öksüt gold mine in Türkiye. In addition to its producing operations, Centerra owns the Kemess project in the Toodoggone district of northern British Columbia, the Goldfield development project in Nevada, and a Molybdenum Business Unit comprising the Thompson Creek mine in Idaho, the Langeloth metallurgical facility in Pennsylvania, and the Endako mine in British Columbia. Its Canadian flagship, Mount Milligan, is a large open-pit operation that produces both gold and copper concentrate and anchors the company's North American portfolio, while Centerra continues to advance a self-funded pipeline of growth and exploration projects, including the restart of its Thompson Creek molybdenum operation.
