Dexterra Group is hiring seasonal culinary and hospitality staff for Iron City Fishing Lodge, a remote summer camp near Mactier, Ontario. These full-time, live-on-site roles run from June 20 to August 22 (approx.) and offer a unique work experience surrounded by nature. All positions include meals, private accommodations, travel, and access to outdoor amenities like beaches, boats, and hiking trails. Staff receive 2 days off per week to enjoy the lodge environment.

Open positions include:

  1. Dishwasher
    Clean and sanitize kitchenware, support kitchen prep. $17.50/hr.
  2. Camp Cook – Breakfast/Lunch or Dinner
    Prepare scratch-made meals, assist with service and cleanup. $18.50/hr.
  3. Lunch/Dinner Cook
    Serve family-style meals, ensure food safety compliance. $18.50/hr.
  4. Baker
    Produce scratch-made baked goods for lodge guests. $18.50/hr.
  5. Sous Chef
    Lead kitchen team, handle ordering and production. $21.00/hr.
  6. Front of House Supervisor
    Oversee dining service and supervise youth wait staff. $23.00/hr.

On-site for full contract (approx. June 20 – August 22) and 2 days off per week
