Dexterra Group is hiring a Front of House Supervisor for the summer season at Iron City Fishing Lodge in Mactier, Ontario. This leadership role involves training and supervising youth wait staff, coordinating meal service, and managing front-of-house standards. All travel, meals, accommodations, and amenities are provided for the full duration of the contract.

The Front of House Supervisor oversees dining operations, staff training, and member satisfaction at a seasonal lodge.
- Train, mentor, and supervise youth wait staff
- Manage daily meal service setup and salad/beverage stations
- Coordinate special requests such as catering and picnics
- Oversee inventory and requisitions
Requirements
Candidates should have leadership experience in food service and be able to supervise youth staff in a seasonal remote setting.
- 3+ years of food service experience
- Valid Food Safety certification
- Experience with large-volume prep
- Computer skills (MS Office/Adobe)
- PVSC Level 3 required
