Baker - Iron City Fishing Club - On Site For Full Term - Camp
Dexterra Group is hiring a Baker for a seasonal summer role at Iron City Fishing Lodge in Mactier, Ontario. The Baker will create scratch-made baked goods for daily menu service, managing production and quality standards under the guidance of culinary leadership. All meals, travel, accommodations, and use of lodge amenities are provided during the contract.

The Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a remote camp setting while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance.
- Create scratch-baked items for dinner service
- Prepare doughs, cakes, cookies, pastries
- Follow HACCP logs and safety standards
- Assist with ordering and inventory
Requirements
Qualified candidates must demonstrate strong baking ability, independence, and adaptability in a remote work environment.
- Food Safe certification required
- Camp baking experience
- Red Seal an asset
- Inventory and ordering skills
- PVSC Level 3 required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for long hours
