Chef - Iron City Fishing Club - On Site For Full Term - Camp
Dexterra Group is hiring a Sous Chef for the summer season at Iron City Fishing Lodge in Mactier, Ontario. The role includes daily food production, cooking from scratch, and supporting inventory, ordering, and kitchen staff training. All travel, meals, accommodations, and amenities are provided for the full duration of the contract.

The Sous Chef supports daily culinary operations in a seasonal resort setting with scratch cooking and team coordination.
- Prepare meals and support food production
- Handle inventory, ordering, and staff training
- Cook soups, proteins, pasta, fish
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
Candidates must bring strong cooking skills, leadership, and physical readiness for a remote lodge environment.
- 3+ years of experience in food service
- Valid Food Safety certification
- Knife skills and scratch cooking ability
- Inventory and ordering knowledge
- PVSC Level 3 required
