Remote BC Mine Camps - Security Guard Jobs - Fly-In Fly-Out, Camp, and Casual Shifts

Scarlet Security and Risk Group (SSRG) is actively recruiting for multiple remote security positions at mining camps across British Columbia. These roles include both full-time fly-in fly-out rotations and flexible on-call deployments to support remote mine sites. All positions provide full accommodations, meals, and paid travel from multiple marshalling points throughout BC and beyond. - Remote Security Officer (On-Call/Casual)($30–$35/hr): Provides checkpoint security, camp access control, and site monitoring during temporary deployments across BC. Responsibilities include managing checkpoints, conducting vehicle inspections, logging access, and assisting law enforcement as needed.
- Fly-In/Fly-Out Mine Security Guard ($22/hr + overtime): Performs full-site patrols, access control, lodge security, surveillance monitoring, and emergency response at remote mining camps on a 2-week rotation. Requires BC Security License, clean driving record, and ability to pass drug testing.
- Kitimat Fly-In Mine Security Guard ($24.79/hr + overtime): Provides camp protection, patrols, vehicle searches, surveillance, and emergency response for a mining operation near Kitimat, BC. Paid travel from major marshalling points is included.
- High Profile Mine Security Guard ($25–$27/hr + overtime): Conducts advanced security operations including person, bag, and vehicle checks, alcohol and drug testing, de-escalation of incidents, and emergency response at a high-profile remote mine site. Requires Advanced Security Training (AST) and a minimum of 3 years prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.
