- Mill Operator: Responsible for operating and monitoring mill circuits including Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, and Dewatering/Filtration. This position includes preventive maintenance, equipment operation, and safety-focused operations. Compensation ranges from $32.70 to $45.00 per hour.
- Project Manager: Oversees mine site infrastructure projects from planning through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, safety, and compliance management. Requires 10+ years of mining project management experience and PMP certification.
- Miner 2 (Bolter): Conducts underground ground support, blasting, and face preparation activities with a focus on safety and operational readiness. This role pays $36.50 per hour and requires 3-5 years of underground mining experience.
- Miner 1 (Jumbo Operator): Operates jumbo drills for development drilling, blasting, scaling, and ground support installation. The role pays $39.40 per hour and requires at least 3 years of jumbo operating experience.
