- Underground Miners (All Levels)
Reporting to the Mine Supervisor, the Underground Miner helps ensure underground mining activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Depending on classification (Miner 1–5), the role may involve operating equipment such as jumbo drills, bolters, scoop trams, and haul trucks. All miners are expected to contribute to the full mining cycle as needed, including mucking, hauling, drilling, loading, installing services, and completing general underground duties. ($29 - $39.40/hr) - Mill Operators (All Levels)
Reporting to the Mill Operations Supervisor, the Mill Operator operates and monitors plant processing circuits—Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, and Dewatering/Filtration—while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental compliance. The position supports reliable production by following established procedures and maintaining consistent process performance. ($32.70 - $45/hr)
