- HVAC Technicians
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections, modifications, installations, and dismantling of systems
- Handle projects within the trade, including installation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of central air conditioning systems, commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, and combined heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
- Base Wage: $44.05/hour
- Maintenance Coordinators
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and maintenance team.
- Collaborate with corporate ServiceMax team for CMMS updates and error resolution.
- Train maintenance staff on ServiceMax and implement efficient work processes.
- Organize preventive maintenance work orders and support documentation.
- Manage corrective maintenance work orders and close them upon completion.
- Maintain material inventory database and issue purchase orders as needed.
- Prepare and issue management reports promptly.
- Ensure organized record-keeping and timely responses to information requests.
