- 1st Cooks: Serve as a pivotal team member in the kitchen, assisting the Chef with all aspects of food preparation in accordance with ATCO Frontec Food Service Management Guides. Responsibilities include inventory control, quality assurance, leadership and training, and ensuring kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
- 2nd Cooks: Focus on preparing diverse and high-quality meals. Tasks include regular inspection of food and equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety standards.
- 3rd Cooks: Utilize your culinary experience to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Perform inspections, maintain cleanliness, and offer excellent customer service while supporting kitchen operations.
- Kitchen Helpers: Assist with basic food preparation tasks, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure equipment and supply levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
- Janitors: Keep the camp’s facilities in pristine condition. Duties range from cleaning public spaces to managing outdoor areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the camp.
- Maintenance Technicians: Essential to camp operations, handling electrical fixes, plumbing maintenance, and a variety of repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry). Tasked with daily inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and responding swiftly to operational changes. A vital role for maintaining facility excellence.
- Salad and Sandwich Makers: Craft fresh, appealing sandwich and salad options, contributing to camp menu. Collaborate with the Chef in daily meetings to refine food prep and production strategies. Oversee the handling, storage, and rotation of all related inventory, upholding the highest standards of safety and health in every task.
