Agnico Eagle Mines is currently hiring a Supervisor - Training to join its Health & Safety Department at the Meliadine Mine near Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. This full-time, fly-in/fly-out position operates on a 7/7 rotation, with accommodations and meals provided on-site and charter flights offered from multiple Canadian locations. The Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing internal and external training initiatives, managing a team of training personnel, and ensuring all practices meet regulatory and corporate standards. This role also manages the Learning Management System (LMS) and leads continuous improvement and training development projects. The position plays a key part in workforce progression and safety training in support of Agnico Eagle's values and environmental commitments.

Requirements
Applicants should bring leadership experience in mining environments and a strong background in training program development and project management.
- 5-8 years' experience in mining operations
- 2-5 years in a supervisory or leadership training role
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English (official site language)
