The Superintendent, Site Services leads site services operations to optimize safety, efficiency, and asset integrity.
- Lead safety adherence and sponsor environmental rules.
- Oversee site services programs to maximize production efficiency and asset integrity.
- Collaborate with departments on planning and coordinating site activities.
- Manage camp and transportation contractors and resources.
- Minimize impacts on operational reliability through cross-department liaison.
- Promote effective communication across stakeholders.

- Set clear work objectives and performance expectations for contractors.
- Ensure training meets current and future site needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new approaches or policies.

Requirements
Applicants should have substantial experience in site services leadership with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- College diploma or university degree in related field is an asset.
- Ministry Supervisor Training is an asset.
- Minimum 8 years related work experience including 5 years leadership.
- Knowledge of mining environment and site services management.
- Proficient contractor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
- Exposure to lean and multi-disciplinary leadership is desirable.
- Effective decision-making under pressure.
- Strong communication skills verbal, written, and non-verbal.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with continuous improvement focus.

Côté Gold Mine
Côté Gold Mine is a state-of-the-art open-pit gold mining operation located near Gogama in northeastern Ontario, Canada. Jointly owned by IAMGOLD Corporation (60.3%) and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (39.7%), the mine achieved its first gold pour and commenced commercial production in 2024 . With an anticipated mine life of approximately 18 years, Côté Gold is poised to become one of Canada's largest gold producers. The mine boasts proven and probable reserves of 234.6 million tonnes grading 1.01 g/t gold, containing 7.6 million ounces of gold. Including the adjacent Gosselin deposit, the combined measured and indicated resources total 16.5 million ounces, with an additional 4.2 million ounces in inferred resources. Côté Gold is notable for its adoption of advanced technologies, including autonomous haul trucks and drills, enhancing operational efficiency and safety . The project is situated on Treaty 9 territory, encompassing the traditional lands of the Mattagami First Nation and Flying Post First Nation, and within the traditional harvesting area of the Métis Nation of Ontario, Region 3.
