SSR Mining Inc. is hiring a Site Administration professional for its Seabee Gold Operation, located approximately 500km northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This underground gold mining facility offers a fly-in, fly-out work arrangement with camp accommodations. The role involves providing administrative support to all site departments, with a strong focus on underground operations. Responsibilities include payroll entry, cost tracking, maintaining certification files, and processing purchase requisitions. The work schedule follows a two-week-on, two-week-off rotation with flights provided from Saskatoon, Prince Albert, or La Ronge.

The Site Administration role provides administrative support to site departments, with a focus on underground operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Apply ordered materials to appropriate cost centers.
- Ensure accurate entry of mine/mill timecards into ADP daily.
- Enter mine timecards into the daily mine tracker for cost tracking.
- Process and approve monthly mine bonuses.
- Perform daily entry of 5-Point Cards and explosive reconciliations.
- Organize and complete two-week mine manpower requirements.
- Review and process payroll entries in ADP.
- Maintain employee certification files and attendance records.
- Create purchase requisitions, reservations, work orders, and SES entries in SAP.
- Manage schedules, timesheets, and vacation requests.
- Ensure accuracy of daily production reports across all departments.
- Provide administrative support to mine and engineering personnel.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including pivot tables and Excel.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients.
- Administrative Assistant Certification (asset).
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a mining industry setting.
