SSR Mining Inc. is hiring a Diamond Driller for its Seabee Gold Operation, located approximately 500km northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This underground gold mining facility offers a fly-in, fly-out work arrangement with camp accommodations. The Diamond Driller will be responsible for the operation, setup, and maintenance of hydraulic diamond drill rigs, performing underground drilling to obtain core samples. The role also includes managing spare parts inventory, performing minor maintenance repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The work schedule follows a two-week-on, two-week-off rotation with flights provided from Saskatoon, Prince Albert, or La Ronge.

The Diamond Driller will be responsible for operating and maintaining diamond drill rigs to obtain core samples. Key responsibilities include:
- Operate hardrock portable hydraulic diamond drill rigs.
- Bore holes to specified depths for mineral core sampling.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drilling equipment.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Complete daily activity reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during drilling operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of diamond drilling experience.
