Kiewit-Ledcor Trans Mountain Partnership
Kiewit-Ledcor Trans Mountain Partnership (KLTP) is a joint venture created to manage a segment of the Trans Mountain Expansion Project (TMEP) in British Columbia's Lower Mainland. KLTP is responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction of key infrastructure, including the Westridge Marine Terminal, Burnaby Terminal, a 2.6-kilometer tunnel connecting the Burnaby Terminal to Westridge, and a Fraser River submarine crossing. By combining Kiewit's extensive energy infrastructure experience with Ledcor's large-scale construction expertise, KLTP is positioned to deliver this essential project successfully.
