Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion - Excavator Operators and Iron Workers - LOA - Oilfield Pipeline

The Transmountain Pipeline expansion project, a substantial initiative by Kiewit and Ledcor, is currently seeking qualified excavator operators and iron workers. With a significant living out allowance and the potential for overtime, this multi-billion dollar pipeline project spans 35 kilometers from Langley to Burnaby and is expected to last over three years.
Are you looking for oilfield pipeline jobs with living out allowance? The Transmountain Pipeline expansion project has begun. Currently they are looking for excavator operators and iron workers with living out allowance provided. This massive pipeline project, the Trans Mountain Expansion Project is a Kiewit and Ledcor Partnership. It includes 35 km of pipeline from Langley to Burnaby and four terminals. This big pipeline project is a multi-billion dollar project. It will take estimated 3+ years to complete.
You will be working 10 hour shifts with overtime after 8 hours everyday. And there may be additional overtime required. You must also be flexible to work day or night shift.
In addition to what's mentioned above,
- Minimum 2 hours of overtime pay every day
- Accrue a retention bonus after 3 months
- Living out allowance and moving bonus provided for candidates outside the Lower Mainland OR hourly local premium provided.
Excavator Operator Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' civil experience operating an excavator
- Experience operating Dozer and Loader is an asset.
- Must have bulking and finish grade experience
- Must be able to bulk embank and cut grade to within 25mm tolerance
- Sloping and road ditching experience
- Must be willing to work nightshift

- Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Work test
Ironworker Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a structural ironworker
- Must be a Journeyperson Ironworker
- Must have experience stick welding steel
- Must have experience working with tower cranes
- Ability to read and interpret erection drawings
