Transmountain Expansion Project is underway in British Columbia. Currently they are completing oilfield pipeline development work in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. The Trans Mountain Expansion Project is a Kiewit and Ledcor Partnership, which includes 35km of pipeline from Langley to Burnaby and includes four terminals. This pipeline project is a multi-billion dollar project that is estimated to take 3+ years to complete.
Most of the pipeline jobs in British Columbia Trans Mountain Expansion project are on two week rotations with 10-12 hour work days which includes over time. Paid flight transportation including remote camp accommodations available. You must also be available work both day and night shifts during your work rotation.
Heavy Equipment Operator - Excavator Operator - Requirements include,
- Minimum 5 years' civil experience operating an excavator
- Experience operating Dozer and Loader is an asset.
- Must have bulking and finish grade experience
- Must be able to bulk embank and cut grade to within 25mm tolerance
- Sloping and road ditching experience
Labourer - Requirements include,
- Minimum 5 Years of civil construction experience
- Experience with trench boxes and ditch work.
- Experience installing manholes, catch basins, and pipe
- Experience with laser leveling and grade stakes
- Experience around large heavy equipment.
- Environmental training is an asset
