The Mount Milligan Mine is a significant open-pit copper and gold mining operation located in north-central British Columbia, Canada, approximately 155 kilometers northwest of Prince George. Operated by Centerra Gold Inc., the mine is known for its large-scale operations, employing conventional truck-and-shovel methods to extract ore.

Equipment Operators

Equipment Operators at Mount Milligan Mine are responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of large equipment, including loaders, excavators, graders, plow trucks, low beds, hook trucks, and dump trucks. In addition to operating equipment, operators will be responsible for inspecting, performing preventative maintenance checks, and occasionally repairing equipment when required.

Equipment Operator's competitive hourly wage ranging from $35.05 to $46.07 based on skills and experience. The work rotation is 14 days on and 14 days off, with twelve (12) hour shifts.

Labourers

Labourers will assist site services tradespeople in repairs and maintenance of structures and components of site facilities, perform snow removal around the mine site, and operate company vehicles to pick up trash. Labourers will also provide on-site service, assist Site Services Equipment Operators, and contribute to fabrications and product enhancements.

Labourers competitive hourly rate of $35.05 based on skills and experience. The work rotation is 7 days on and 7 days off, with twelve (12) hour shifts.
