B2Gold Corp. is a Vancouver-based gold producer, publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, NYSE American, and Namibian Stock Exchange under the tickers BTO, BTG, and B2G. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company operates four gold mines: the Fekola mine in Mali, the Goose mine in Canada, the Masbate mine in the Philippines, and the Otjikoto mine in Namibia, and it also holds a portfolio of exploration and development projects across several countries. In Canada, B2Gold operates the Goose mine, a remote gold operation located in the Back River Gold District of Nunavut, which reached commercial production in October 2025 and is supplied by a seasonal winter ice road for fuel and materials. As a remote northern mine, Goose relies on fly-in fly-out operations and is one of the newest gold mines in the Canadian Arctic. B2Gold continues to advance growth and exploration projects around its operating mines, including the Fekola Regional expansion in Mali and further development within the Back River district in Nunavut.
