Dexterra Group is hiring for multiple remote camp roles at Horizon North oilfield sites across Alberta, including locations near Fort McMurray, Edmonton, and Grande Prairie. These full-time camp positions offer long work rotations of 20/10, 28/28, or 3/1, and include paid travel, private accommodations, meals, Wi-Fi, and extended health benefits. Openings span culinary, janitorial, and supervisory roles for those experienced in high-volume or industrial environments.

Open positions include:

  1. Industrial Janitor
    Maintain hygiene standards across remote facilities. Must have Class 5 license and safety certifications. 20/10 rotation.
  2. Baker
    Bake from scratch and supervise night shift kitchen operations. 20/10 rotation.
  3. Breakfast Cook
    Prep hot breakfast and baked goods for up to 70 guests. 28/28 rotation (Edmonton or Grande Prairie dispatch).
  4. Baker/Breakfast Cook (Dual Role)
    Handle full breakfast and baking responsibilities; supervise night shift. 20/10 rotation.
  5. Second Cook
    Support cold food prep, salad bar, and sanitation duties. 20/10 rotation.
  6. Chef
    Oversee kitchen ops, menu planning, and culinary staff. 3/1 rotation, Fort McMurray site.

Work Rotation
