The Office Administrator supports the Mine Operations department with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Track and report mine production and maintain databases.
- Assist with payroll activities, timesheets, and vacation requests.
- Prepare expense reports and meeting minutes.
- Organize filing systems and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage communications board and create purchase requisitions/work requests.
- Provide general clerical support and assist in scheduling.
Requirements
Relevant administrative experience and skills for mining environment.
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably in mining.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to support and promote Health & Safety practices.

Gahcho Kué Diamond Mine is one of Canada’s largest and richest diamond mines, located in the Northwest Territories approximately 280 km northeast of Yellowknife.
