Haul Truck Operator - Mining Construction Ontario - 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off - FIFO

Thyssen Mining Construction of Canada is hiring experienced Haul Truck Operators for an underground mining project in Northwest Ontario. This fly-in/fly-out position includes a 2 weeks in, 2 weeks out rotation and full camp accommodations. Responsibilities

Haul Truck Operators play a key role in underground mining by safely operating haul trucks to move materials within the mine site.

  • Operate underground haul trucks efficiently and safely
  • Transport rock and ore to designated areas
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance
  • Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Underground mining experience
  • Ontario Common Core certification is an asset
  • Ability to work physically demanding shifts underground
  • Flexible with work schedules
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
