Thyssen Mining Construction of Canada is hiring experienced Haul Truck Operators for an underground mining project in Northwest Ontario. This fly-in/fly-out position includes a 2 weeks in, 2 weeks out rotation and full camp accommodations. Haul Truck Operators play a key role in underground mining by safely operating haul trucks to move materials within the mine site.
- Operate underground haul trucks efficiently and safely
- Transport rock and ore to designated areas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance
- Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Underground mining experience
- Ontario Common Core certification is an asset
- Ability to work physically demanding shifts underground
- Flexible with work schedules
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
