- Oversee mine operations, departments, and contractors
- Manage Marine Laydown Area and Winter Ice Road logistics
- Direct resource allocation to meet goals and budgets
- Lead compliance with IIBA and stakeholder relations
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans
- Ensure safety programs and culture are upheld
- Mitigate operational risks

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have extensive leadership experience in remote mining and logistics, with strong credentials and Indigenous engagement expertise.
- Minimum 20 years in mining leadership, 5 years managing department heads in FIFO camps
- Experience in marine shipping and ice road operations
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PMP, P.Log)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Indigenous Impact Benefit Agreements
