The Labourer will support day-to-day operations at the Goose Project site, ensuring safety and functionality across all work areas:
- Assist trades with daily functions and support operators to avoid incidents
- Complete ground crew tasks for incoming and outgoing flights
- Ensure trucks and equipment are safely secured
- Organize and maintain accessibility to sea cans year-round
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools
- Prepare and clean sites to eliminate hazards and maintain safety standards
- Clear site entrances of waste and clutter
- Safely clean chemical spills and stack salvaged material
- Assist in waste management, including emptying pactos
- Shovel, plow, and sand pathways in winter months
- Report inventory deficiencies to the supervisor
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications for this general labour role in a remote mine environment:
- Minimum 1 year of general labourer experience in a remote camp setting
- Previous mining site experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
