Thyssen Mining Construction of Canada, a leader in underground mine construction, is hiring experienced Bolter Operators for a project in Northwest Ontario. This fly-in/fly-out role includes a 2 weeks in / 2 weeks out rotation and offers camp accommodations. Responsibilities

Bolter Operators will support underground mining operations through specialized bolting tasks to ensure ground support and safety.

  • Operate underground bolting equipment safely and efficiently
  • Install ground support according to mine plans and engineering specifications
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Report equipment issues and assist with maintenance tasks as required

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

  • Prior underground mining experience
  • Ontario Common Core (asset)
  • Ability to perform physically demanding underground tasks
  • Willingness to work varied schedules
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
