Weldco Heavy Industries (WHI) is a large steel fabrication and repair facility located in the Fort McKay Caribou Energy Park in Alberta, Canada. Strategically positioned in the heart of Alberta's oil sands, WHI effectively meets the increasing requirements for large steel repair, assembly, and refurbishment in the industry. Their services include welding and machining, sandblasting and painting, and fabrication and repair. WHI is a member of the Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC), representing the Inuvialuit of the North West Arctic, and is committed to operating in an economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manner.
