Available Positions

General Helper - As a General Helper, you are responsible for Reading and interpreting work orders, Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with minimal supervision, Assisting the welders and shop clean-up is required daily, Experience operating a fork lift and aerial work platform, General helper tasks, Assist with Sandblasting and industrial painting, and other duties as required. Your work schedule will be 14 days on and 14 days off with 12 hour work shifts.

Afternoon Shift Foreman - As an Afternoon Shift Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all production activities within facility including active participation in WHI Safety Program, ensuring that workplace safety exists at all times, Manage human resources which includes supervision, training, performance management, and succession planning, Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments, Demonstrated Leadership, Maximize productivity, product quality, production schedule accuracy and efficiency. Your work schedule will be 14 days on and 14 days off with 12 hour work shifts. In order to qualify for this position, you must have Journeyperson Welder, Fabricator or equivalent, CWB Supervisors ticket, Standard First Aid plus CPR certificate, and Supervisory Training. A minimum of 10+ years of related experience with a minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience required in order to qualify for this position.
