LB LNG Constructors General Partnership (LBLNG)

LB LNG Constructors General Partnership (LBLNG) is a joint venture between Ledcor and Bird Construction, designated as the site construction subcontractor for the Woodfibre LNG Project near Squamish, British Columbia. The partnership began work in November 2023 with early site activities — clearing, excavation, and demolition of remaining structures from the former Woodfibre pulp and paper mill — and has since progressed into foundation pours, marine piling, and modular construction. It brings together two of Canada's established construction firms — Ledcor, a Vancouver-headquartered company with operations across construction, infrastructure, and industrial services, and Bird Construction, a national general contractor listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
