As a Labourer, your primary responsibility is to perform unskilled labor tasks across various operational phases. Reporting directly to the shift Supervisor, you will ensure the safe and effective operation of assigned equipment, maintain equipment cleanliness, communicate repair needs to maintenance personnel, and undertake various tasks such as site cleanup, sign installation, snow and ice removal, and more. This role requires adaptability to work in diverse climates and environments.

• No prior experience necessary, but preferred experience in road construction or maintenance
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is mandatory
• Clean driver's abstract
• Required safety certifications: CSTS, OSSA Regional Orientation (or OSSA BSO/CSO), and OSSA Confined Space Entry and Monitor
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Safety-conscious attitude with a willingness to train on various equipment
• Adaptability to fluctuating climates and environmental conditions
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Comfortable working in or near water
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test and Fit for Duty test
• Additional beneficial certifications: Forklift, Heavy Equipment, Class 1, WHMIS 2015, First Aid, TDG, H2S Alive, Chainsaw
