Qualifications

Labourers:

1. Physically capable of performing required tasks
2. Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
3. Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
4. Previous labourer experience is an asset
5. First aid and/or other safety-related certifications are desirable
6. Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills

Tower Operators:

1. Completion of secondary school
2. Adaptable with multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
3. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
4. Oral and interpersonal communication skills
5. Safety-minded with forward-thinking
6. On-the-job training is provided

Loader Operators:

1. Experience as a loader operator
2. Adaptable with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Oral and interpersonal communication skills
5. Safety-minded

Responsibilities

Labourers:

1. Load, unload, and move materials to work areas
2. Assist heavy equipment operators and miners with various activities
3. Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
4. Operate equipment and perform general maintenance

Tower Operators:

1. Observe and ensure correct plant operation
2. Record production information and complete daily reports
3. Operate loader and other heavy equipment as necessary

Loader Operators:

• Operate loader to excavate, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel, or other materials
• Maintain equipment and perform pre-trip inspections
