Haul Truck Trainees, Labourers, Attendants - Brule, Willow Creek, Wolverine Mines BC - 7/7 Rotation

They are seeking motivated individuals for current and future opportunities, including but not limited to Haul Truck Trainee, Steam Bay Attendant, and Labourer roles for their mining operations.

• Full-time, permanent positions
• 7-days on, 7-days off rotation with 12-hour workdays

Conuma Resources operates three surface mines-Brule, Willow Creek, and Wolverine-positioning them as key players in the metallurgical coal industry, serving customers across South America, Europe, and Asia. 1. Haul Truck Trainees

• Operate rigid-frame haul trucks to transport overburden, waste rock, and coal
• Perform pre-trip checks and complete FLHA's regularly
• Adhere to workplace policies and standard operating procedures
• Identify and report risks, near misses, and incidents

1. Labourers

• Perform process plant clean-up and maintain cleanliness of the plant and equipment
• Scrape and shovel material from under and around conveyor belts
• Adhere to workplace policies and standard operating procedures
• Identify and report risks, near misses, and incidents

1. Steam Bay Attendants

• Wash mobile equipment in the steam bay and field
• Assist with shop and facility clean-up and maintenance
• Maintain steam bay tools, equipment, and supplies
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures

Education, Experience and Qualifications include,

• Some high school, college, or industry courses in heavy equipment operating combined with on-the-job training, or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 7x7 rotation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Proven safety and attendance record
• Willingness to learn and work in all weather conditions
• Previous heavy equipment operations, laborer, or industrial experience is considered an asset
• First Aid/Mine Rescue Training is considered an asset
