Remote camp jobs in British Columbia. Currently hiring 1st and 2nd Cooks, Breakfast Cooks, and Bakers to support mining and exploration camps near Dease Lake. 14-days-on, 14-days-off work rotation, generous pay rates, and comprehensive benefits, including full remote camp accommodations with meals and lodging.

1st Cooks:

  • Responsible for planning, directing, and executing food preparations
  • Manage all catering staff and ensure duties are performed to a high standard
  • Pay: $375-$500 per day

2nd Cooks:

  • Assist the head chef/cook in various tasks
  • Ensure all meals are served on time and to a high standard
  • Pay: $275-$285 per day

Bakers/Breakfast Cooks:

  • Prepare breakfast service items and baked goods
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Pay: $275-$285 per day

General qualifications include,

  • Previous kitchen experience
  • WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification
  • Food Safe Training Level 1 certification
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
