Viterra has announced plans for the world's largest integrated canola crush facility with a target capacity of 2.5 million metric tons, pending final approvals. Additionally, Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) and AGT Foods are developing an integrated complex featuring a canola-crushing plant producing 450,000 tonnes of oil annually, set for completion by 2027. These initiatives position Regina as a leader in value-added agriculture and renewable fuel production.
