Warehouse Receiver - Syncrude Aurora - Drive In/Out - Two Week Rotations
North American Construction Group (NACG) is hiring an Intermediate Warehouse Receiver for work at the Syncrude Aurora site in Fort McMurray, AB. This position follows a 14-day on, 14-day off schedule, working 12-hour shifts. While camp accommodations are not provided, bus transportation from Fort McMurray to the site is available. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing parts and inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and operating forklifts and loaders. This is a unionized position under IUOE Local 955.

The Warehouse Receiver will be responsible for managing inventory and warehouse operations.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing parts and supplies
- Receive and organize parts and inventory
- Maintain and clean sea cans
- Unload and load orders
- Use inventory software for stock management
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with inventory software
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift and loader experience required
- Previous mining industry experience required
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a recent Driver's Abstract
- Valid CSO Certification
- Silica Awareness Certification
- Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness Certification

The Syncrude Aurora Mine, located approximately 35 kilometers north of Fort McMurray, Alberta, is a significant component of Syncrude Canada's oil sands operations. The Aurora North Mine was the first stand-alone oil sands mine and processing plant, producing bitumen froth that is transported to the Mildred Lake processing plant. The mine has a bitumen production capacity of 225,000 bpd and is expected to be depleted by about 2040 at current mining rates.
